  • Where does Food Explorer's food come from?
    Food Explorer puts a lot of pride into sourcing and selecting the best quality seafood available from around the world . With years of experience in the industry as wholesalers, we place quality at the forefront.
  • Is there a minimum order for self-collection?
    No, there is no minimum order for self-collection. Shop with us right now!
  • What is the deadline for placing an order?
    Any orders placed will be ready for delivery or collection within 3 business days. We will notify you via the phone number provided when the order is ready for collection or delivery. If you need to receive or collect your order earlier, please contact us at hello@foodexplorer.sg or +65 9827 0532.
  • What do I have to do after placing order?
    We will notify you once your order is scheduled for delivery or ready for collection. If you opted for delivery: Upon confirmation, no changes in the delivery date, time or location is allowed. Please ensure that someone is present to receive the order(s) at the scheduled delivery date and time. If you opted for self-collection:​ All self-collection orders will be ready in 2 business days after we have received your payment. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please collect within 4 working days. Your email order confirmation is required for verification. All sales are final. Any order not collected within 4 business days will be immediately disposed at your expense to ensure the freshness of products.
  • How much is the delivery fee?
    Free delivery is applicable for orders $100 and above. Shop with us now!
  • Can I request for a specific delivery date?
    Yes, you may indicate your preferred delivery date in the note section when placing order with us. We will try our best to arrange based on your request and notify you once your order is scheduled for delivery.
